Shipping Policy

Delivery Process

Orders are shipped via registered domestic courier companies, speed post, or transport

companies. Delivery is made:

• As per the customer’s confirmed purchase order and delivery date

• Subject to the shipping partner’s timelines and norms

The Platform Owner is not liable for delays caused by courier/post/transport services.

Shipping Address & Confirmation

• Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the purchase.

• Confirmation of service delivery will be sent to the registered email address

Shipping Charges

• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping charges must be paid by

the customer at the time of purchase or as otherwise indicated.

Shipping Delivery Time Frame

• Orders will be shipped and delivered within 15 to 60 days from the date of purchase,

depending on the product and destination.
